Wide experience, ranging from strategy development through to the implementation of major business change programmes. He has performed such work at a diverse set of blue chip organisations, both in the public and private sectors. Before Barclaycard, he was at A.T. Kearney, where he managed projects to launch a telecoms business, and reduce costs at several utilities through strategic sourcing and large scale business change. Recently has been working at The Pensions Regulator, firstly to design, launch and stabilize the organisation, and currently working with its Directors to develop its medium term strategy
